The Configuration > Wireless > 802.11b/g/n > Network page displays the 802.11 global parameters. The parameters displayed are as follows:
  • General
  • Band Status
  • 11n Parameters
  • CCX Location Measurement
  • Data Rates

General Parameters

Parameter Description

802.11b/g Network Status

802.11b/g/n network parameters that you can enable or disable. The default is enabled.

Beacon Period (millisecs)

Rate at which the SSID is broadcast by the access point, from 100 to 600 milliseconds. The default is 100 milliseconds.
Fragmentation threshold Fragmentation threshold (in bytes) that you can set in the range 256 to 2346 bytes. The default is 2346.
DTPC support DTPC support that you can enable or disable to advertise the transmit power level of the radio in the beacons and the probe responses. The default is unselected.

Band Status

Parameter Description

Low Band

Status of the 802.11 b/g/n low band. Values are the following:
  • Enabled
  • Disabled

Mid Band

Status of the 802.11 b/g/n mid band. Values are the following:
  • Enabled
  • Disabled
High Band Status of the 802.11 b/g/n high band. Values are the following:
  • Enabled
  • Disabled

11n Parameters

Client Link

Specify if client link is enabled or disabled.

CCX Location Measurement

Parameter Description
Mode

802.11n mode that you can enable or disable on the network. The default is enabled.

Data Rates

Parameter Description
1 Mbps
Setting for a data rate. Values are the following:
  • Mandatory
  • Supported
2 Mbps
5.5 Mbps
6 Mbps
9 Mbps
Setting for a data rate. Values are the following:
  • Mandatory
  • Supported
11 Mbps
12 Mbps
Setting for a data rate. Values are the following:
  • Mandatory

24 Mbps
Setting for a data rate. Values are the following:
  • Mandatory
