Configuration > Security > AAA > Server Groups > RADIUS

The Configuration > Security > AAA > Server Groups > RADIUS page displays the group of the RADIUS servers configured in the Switch. The other tasks that you can perform are as follows:
  • Create New
  • Edit
  • Remove

To edit the configuration of the existing RADIUS server, click Name.

Parameter Description
Name Group name for the RADIUS group.
Server1 Server name.
Server2 Server name.
Server3 Server name.

Edit

To edit the configuration of the existing RADIUS server, click Group Name.

Parameter Description
Group Name Displays the group name for the RADIUS group.
MAC Delimiter Select the delimiter that you can use when you specify the MAC address. Values are as follows:
  • colon— (xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx) format.
  • hyphen— (xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx) format.
  • single-hyphen— (xxxxxx-xxxxxx) format.
  • none— (xxxxxxxxxxxx) format.
MAC Filtering Select the MAC filtering option for searching the client MAC address. Values are as follows:
  • none
  • mac
  • shared-secret
Dead Time (0-1440) in minutes Enter the dead time to improve RADIUS response time when some servers might be unavailable and to skip unavailable servers immediately. Set the length of time, in minutes (up to a maximum of 1440 minutes or 24 hours), for which a RADIUS server is skipped over by transaction requests.
Group Type Displays the RADIUS group type.
Servers in this Group Add or remove the available and assigned servers using the > and < button.

Click Apply.

Create New

To create the configuration for the RADIUS server, click Create New.

Name Group name for the RADIUS group.

Click Apply.

Remove

To remove an existing RADIUS server, select the check box in the Configuration > Security > AAA > Server groups page, click RADIUS, and click Remove.
